Shocker- This narcissist tecnico is always claiming to be 1000% Guapo (handsome). He stars in some of the funniest 'between match' skits on the show and is one of the most charismatic wrestlers in the world. |
Ricky Marvin- Famous for his insane high spots, Marvin has often been labeled, 'The next Rey Misterio Jr.' Besides being a young phenom in Mexico, Ricky has made quite a name for himself in Japan.
Emilio Charles Jr.- The new leader of Los Guapos. As beastly as this
supposed Guapo is, he somehow has a blonde fan that attends all of his matches. Recently lost his blonde hair after a
hair vs. hair match against Shocker. |
Black Tiger- Formerly known as 'Silver King' in WCW. He returned to Mexico as the Black Tiger, a "japanese" wrester, even though
Silver is really Mexican. The brother of Dr. Wagner Jr, and a
phenomenal worker
Dr. Wagner Jr.- If you are new to lucha libre, be prepared to hear plenty of praise for the bad doctor. An extraordinary worker, and his evil doctor gimmick is a genius.
Has put away countless opponents with the dreaded, Wagner Driver.
Blue Panther- A bad-ass rudo, and arguably the best mat wrestler in Mexico. Panther has earned a much deserved repuation for making his opponents look better than they actually are.
Fuerza Guerrera- The saltiest bastard on the CMLL roster, Juventud's father is one of the most vicious rudos of all time. He's so bad ass, that Dr Wagner Jr and Blue Panther call him when they need back up.
Gran Markus Jr- One look at this former 'Boriqua' should give you a good idea of his ring prowess. Watch out for his 'Big Splash.'
Oooh.
Zumbido- Arrogant, and often times death-defying, Zumbido is a prime example of lucha libre's next generation. Can be quickly identified by his platinum blonde mullet. Trivia tidbit: Zumbido translated means,
buzz.
Los Guerreros Del Infierno- Ultimo Guerrero, Rey Bucanero and
Tarzan Boy combine like Voltron to form the most infamous trio in lucha
libre. Thier awesome three-man submission holds are one of the best
reasons to watch Mexican wrestling.
